GetHuman-122562: I speak english. so let me talk to somebody that speaks english, NOT poor broken enlish.also get some properly trained people on the phones, and people that know how to use a computer. i called wanting a phone upgrade i was informed that virgin mobile doesn't offer upgrades because he did not find it on there web page
