~bibiana arevalo: I am still waiting for a response from Virgin Mobile but get ecording saying I have to topoff. the payment is automatically deducted from my bank acct. The email says to call ***-***-**** when you call you get the same message topoff your phone with paymen. Why is a phone number to listed when it does not allow you to talk to anyone, instead you get the same messag recording to topoff. So Irriating
