~maguswheel: I've had so many problems with Virgin Mobile, but its the only option for me. I've been with them for * years and I would think after five years they might go ohh thank you for being with us for so long, heres a nice discount on a phone. That aside, calling in is a nightmare, I'm on hold for ever, I can't understand the person on the other end half the time. I'm often told one thing and then something different happens. Its a load of BS, the service agents are rude and don't care at all. Virgin Mobile had to send me a new phone because the one I had wasn't working correctly and they sent it, I'm not sure if its a refab or a new new phone but it came without a battery, without a cord or anything. Just a the phone. If I could switch I would in heart beat to something else. I hate virgin mobile. *Jones H.T. Cunningham
