~considerphi: The stupid digital system "Alex" is annoying, but if you get a representative, I find they are always polite and helpful. **I was porting a number and somehow my phone never reactivated, so I called in and they reactivated it, let me call someone to check, and readded my credit card to the account, and restarted service on the date of the reactivate, to make up for lost time while my phone was inactive. **The nice lady had a slight accent, but was completely understandable, I would have had just as much of an issue understanding someone from Texas or the Midwest.
