~holly crap: The purpose of website chat and call centre customer service seems to be horrible. As being virgin customer moved house and signed up another virgin contract it took them * weeks to provide broadband. The reason was the house I moved was a new development. I understand things can go wrong but why can not be taken care by local individual who explain me what went wrong where we are. All my request for answer was directed to call centre and non of them could them tell me anything useful. Only meaning full conversation was what is your account number, what is your phone number, what is your password.. Thank you. I am sorry to hear... can go on. Holly ****...
