~Maybe_Its_Because_Im_a_Londone: Cheated by Virgin: Virgin mobile called me out of the blue and said that they noticed I was running low on calling minutes. They said they were going to give me ***min free. I said ''Thank you, now I can afford to ring the bank and get an overdraft to buy the wheelchair that I need. I can call the wheelchair companies too''. Sales person said ''yes, you can''. They failed to inform me that these free minutes could not be used to call some numbers (e.g the bank), they are excluded. Not knowing this, I went ahead and spent some time working out an overdraft and which wheelchair I needed. I then got a massive bill from Virgin. Felt cheated and could not afford to pay it. Didn't pay. Bailiffs sent. Lot's of stress. Complained to virgin. No reply. Emailed some head honcho. No reply. Waited for end of contract. Celebrated. Left Virgin mobile. Never went back. Im still with Virgin media for broadband but looking to leave them too. Have read online that they have pulled similar tricks on other
