~coldethyl: i think virgin mobile reps need to speak english srry but true and be from america not a forigen country.and live chat should be **** online. you customer service **** and my sprint phone is compatible with virgin mobile and cant change it over to virgin mobile.i am a vm customer andcant get any answer why i cant change it over and it isnt even activated with sprint . maybe i should go with sprint anyway . their live chat is **** and have english speaking*american people that work for them. im not prejudice but i cant understand half the people i talk to on the phone
