GetHuman-42435: ive been with virgin mobile for * years ive been waiting for a replacement phone since july ** my order has been cancled * times keep getting the run around from every person i have talked to bought phone in april phone died july ** i still have not recieved my new phone virgin mobile is the worse company i have dealed with after i recieve new phone i will no longer do business with them and i would never recommed virgin mobile to anyone i am very displeased with the way this matter has been handled
