GetHuman-415301: Trisha was very helpful and took less than ** minutes total to give me a response. Whereas the response wasn't what I wanted, she informed me that due to my situation and the similarities between advertised packeage names, that she would contact a department to see if they could get me the "test" package pricing. I was please regardless, however, a little annoyed that someone in the marketing department didn't change the names of the web-hosting packages before running a beta. My package was $*.***mth (named: Standard) and the advertised package was $**.***mth (named: Standard)... the problem was that I thought I was getting a bundled deal so why select the $**.***mth deal, right? Wrong! The $**.***mth price gets the customer ** pages, more bandwidth etc. the $*.** price gets the customer * pages and less bandwidth... BUT BOTH PACKAGES ARE NAMED "STANDARD"... why not "Standard Premium"... or "Standard Plus" oh well, it is what it is... the issues isn't so much that the packages are t
