GetHuman-379486: I ORDERED PROBIOTICS FROM THEM (COLD) AND THEIR DELIVERY SERVICE NEVER KNOCKED AT ALL--WHICH I WOULD HAVE HEARD AS I WAS ON THE COUCH ONLY * FT. AWAY.(SPEEDY DELIVERY). I HAVE BEEN DOWN WITH PNEUMONIA SINCE *-*-** AND DIDN'T GO TO THE DOCTOR TILL *-**-**--WHEN I SAW MY PROBIOTICS SITTING ON THE DECK!!! WHAT!!! APPARENTLY, I FOUND OUT THEY WERE DELIVERED ON *-**-**. NOW, THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME A $**.** REFRIGERATION FEE DELIVERY!! WHAT!! THIS WASN'T MY FAULT!! WHY CAN'T THEY JUST LET ME KNOW THE EXACT DATE THEY WILL BE DELIVERED AND I WILL BE CHECKING OUTSIDE CONSTANTLY IF THEY DON'T KNOCK AGAIN???**TERRI T.*VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS COMPANIES POLICIES AND IT IS A TERRIBLE WAY TO TREAT A NEW CLIENT WHO WILL TELL OTHERS ABOUT IT.
