~Rich: I was in the middle of the very long process of placing my order (they had already taken my money) when they asked me to get a notary signature before they could complete the process. I became frustrated and decided to cancel but there was no contact information on their site. I got to 'Get Human' (whom I had used before) used the preferred contact method, got to a real human at Vitalchek (Cynthia) within * minutes, she cancelled my order with no questions in less than one minute and I am extremely pleased with the process.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting VitalChek. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a VitalChek problem?
~Rich: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Rich: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about VitalChek's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Rich: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other VitalChek customers?
~Rich: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for VitalChek to know who you are.
