~internetless times at europa: Forgive me but I am so nervous because of vodafone.Altbough I made contract * months ago, I am still waiting my ADSL. Firstly I had waited my Easybox modem * months.I tried to call Vodafone but all menu german language and there is no operator,speak english.Vodafone had a corporation for delivery with GLS company.It is also very bad as much as vodafone.Today I haven't slept so that I had an appoinment for tech staff will be here to check apartment wire system.But nobody was here.I called again and again to VF to reach operator.But it is impossible because VF menu control via sound and there is no alternative language.While pressing all buttons one operator sound was heard but his english was poor.I tried to explaine my problem and he told me one of VF operator,speak english will call me.He called me and I have another appoinment for Saturday.I didn't give up and still hopefull.By the time VF montly charge is being paid by me.* In the middle of the Europa at **** I am still lack o
