~Farnaz: I have had the worst customer service experience ever this evening. Visiting the Vodaphone shop in Bonn Centrum (opposite Karshtad) I had to wait for * hour and ** minutes before the customer service agent would even look at me!Mr. Demirel refused to answer me when I asked him how long it would take (after the first half an hour). His colleague who refused to give me his name) then pretended he could not speak English (He was speaking English before!). I have written a letter and asked for all my lines to be disconnected. After a long day at work this was exactly what I needed. Vodaphone has the worst service in the world and foreigners seem to fall in their trap very quickly. Over priced and no service!!
