~Visd: Got transferred to over five different people, no one knew how to solve the problem so they passed me on from person to person. The problem was no one came to install our home phone and broadband on the day that they said they would. No apologies for the time I took off work or any compensation. Had to wait ** days from date Vodafone was contacted to make a plan. None of the operators could speak proper English either so after waiting over ** min, I had to waste another ** min trying to spell my name to these people, only to be later transferred to another person becuase they didn't know what to do. Worst service ever!! I have now switched to slingshot for which everything was solved in ten minutes!
