~Emma: I have had SO much trouble with this. There is no option for customer service, but I always talk to general information. These always listen to my query and connect me to customer service. Like Connie says in a different review, they answer in Spanish and when you ask if they can talk English, they transfer you to a different line. I have done this three times now and each time waited at least ** minutes (once I waited ** minutes) with no answer. I still can not figure this out, and their online chat doesn't seem to work.
