GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/06/17?
GetHuman-jojoyar: Recent Volvo commercial states "afoot and lighthearted" I take to the open road. Whoever wrote this commmercial apparently didn't know that "afoot" literally means "on foot", not seated in Volvo. Maybe you could enlighten them. That statement irritates me - like the viewing public won't know what "afoot" means.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Volvo. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Volvo problem?
GetHuman-jojoyar: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-jojoyar: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Volvo's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-jojoyar: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Volvo customers?
