~anonymous: I have never had to wait long to speak to a customer service rep. The problem is and always has been with WOW is that it always takes me two and three calls before I get any action. Most recently I asked for a tech to come remove left over cable from my home. It took three weeks and two calls. This is unacceptable. The tech should have removed it at the time of service. Clean up was the other half of the job.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting WOW!. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a WOW! problem?
~anonymous: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~anonymous: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about WOW!'s ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~anonymous: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other WOW! customers?
~anonymous: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for WOW! to know who you are.
