~Ben Shotts: I have never had a wait time of less than ** minutes. (I have called many many times). I pay for ** Mbps. They tell me between * and *, it's peak hours for Internet. To me I don't what what peak hours are, if I pay you lots of $ for ** Mbps, I should have a better connection of less than * Mbps and upload speeds constantly under *** KBPS. Can't even connect for hours at times.... But, I have to live with it because they tell me it's peak hours. So, am I the only one who can't even use my internet during peak hours? Why do I pay for this?

~Ben Shotts: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Ben Shotts: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about WOW!'s ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Ben Shotts: For that I would say five out of five.

~Ben Shotts: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for WOW! to know who you are.
