GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's WOW! customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Ben Shotts: I have never had a wait time of less than ** minutes. (I have called many many times). I pay for ** Mbps. They tell me between * and *, it's peak hours for Internet. To me I don't what what peak hours are, if I pay you lots of $ for ** Mbps, I should have a better connection of less than * Mbps and upload speeds constantly under *** KBPS. Can't even connect for hours at times.... But, I have to live with it because they tell me it's peak hours. So, am I the only one who can't even use my internet during peak hours? Why do I pay for this?

~Ben Shotts: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
