~Harvey: the rep couldn't tell me how to get my $ left on the card reimbursed other than to repeat I had to "use it" - hard to do since fare is *.** and they don't even sell single rides throughcredit*commuter cards.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting WageWorks. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a WageWorks problem?
~Harvey: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Harvey: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about WageWorks's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Harvey: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other WageWorks customers?
