GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/21/17?
GetHuman-joni: You have recently sent me vouchers which never work. In the end I get so frustrated with your website I end up doing my order with Tesco. It takes twice as long to use your website. However this time I persevered, and rang helpline. Please don't send me vouchers if they don't apply. I am ** yrs old and don't feel confident using your website.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Waitrose. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Waitrose problem?
GetHuman-joni: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-joni: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Waitrose's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-joni: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Waitrose customers?
GetHuman-joni: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Waitrose to know who you are.
