~GAamonroe: Could not reach a live person. This card was given to me by the parents of a student that stole my daughters cell phone. The card was supposed to be for $*** to pay for the replacement cost of the phone. After several attempts to use the card, i went to Walmart & was told the card wasnt good. When i called the ****, the system said the acct was closed & an active personalized acct opened & to call back with the new acct *. I don't have that info. I tried several options via the automated serrvice & could never reach a live person because the system doesnt recognize me because I didnt set up the acct for the card. The system ***** & i would not recommend purchasing one of these types of cards.

~GAamonroe: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about WalMart MoneyCard's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~GAamonroe: For that I would say one out of five.

~GAamonroe: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for WalMart MoneyCard to know who you are.
