~Nita b: I had to call back * times and each time I was put on hold for up to ** min. I reported my card lost on ******* and was suppose to receive around the **th but did not recieve it. Was told that I would have to pay fee to have rushed again due to no fought of mine, spoke with * supervisor who finally helped me but I still have to wait * more days to recieve it and I'm still on hold ** mins and counting
