~T.C.: This has been an absolute nightmare, had I had known that my money would just disappear and be such a hassle to fix the situation, I would had steered clear away from this pre-paid card. To make matters worse this card was a birthday present for my son. The amount of stress this issue has caused is almost unbareble. Why is it so hard to get a refund with all the evidence supporting an unauthorized transaction for a card that is invalid and does not work. I am sure there are plenty of laws that protect consumers but this must be investgated at the highest level.

~T.C.: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~T.C.: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about WalMart MoneyCard's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~T.C.: For that I would say two out of five.

~T.C.: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for WalMart MoneyCard to know who you are.
