~Angelbaby: I was lied to!!! This is the worst experience with a prepaid card ever in my life. Opened account at end of October and still have not received permanent card while means I cannot get cash back or access cash thru an ATM. For months now I have had to go to walmart and buy something of higher value then return it at a different store so I can pay bills with cash that cannot be paid with a card. I called in last Wednesday and the lady said they could mail a card thru fedex for $**. I told her it wasn't fair I had to pay out of pocket for something that has already unconvienced me so much. She said she had it approved to have the fee waived and after a day I could call and get tracking number. I called today to find out the card was mailed by regular mail and "I'll receive it in two weeks"

~Angelbaby: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.

~Angelbaby: For that I would say four out of five.

~Angelbaby: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for WalMart MoneyCard to know who you are.
