GetHuman-284403: the English they speak is terrible cannot understand him at all. I had my card replaced they said I would receive it in * to ** days I did not receive it they said it never was mailed out. when I ask to speak to a supervisor they told me there was no one there and I would receive a call in * days never received that call. now it is more than one week later I call back and still they tell me I will receive it in * to ** days. this time when I ask to speak to a supervisor she tried her best to tell me that I could not. then I was hung up on. not happy at all getting rid of this card immediately
