~Anita Neal: I PLACES AND ORDER AND WANTED IT TO BE DELIVERED TO MY LOCAL STORE IN SULPHUR,OK. I WAS INFORMED THAT I NEEDED TO GO THE THAT STORE AND PAY FOR THE TV. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WOULD NOR TAKE MY MONEY BECAUSE I DIDN'T HAVE A BAR CODE ON WHAT I HAD PRINTED FROM MY ORDER SUMMAARY PAGE. I CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GAVE THEM EVERYTHING BUT MY AGE AND WEIGHT AND THEY COULD NOT FIND MY ORER

~Anita Neal: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Anita Neal: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about WalMart.com's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Anita Neal: For that I would say two out of five.

~Anita Neal: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for WalMart.com to know who you are.
