~Deb~: I called with the plan to hit ** to have them call me back. It seemed that the star button was not activating the 'call back' feature. No problem however as I had a human within * minutes of calling. The employee was extremely helpful. She looked up my order, saw where the extended warranty had been refunded although I did not want it to be. She personally put it in my shopping cart so I could easily repurchase it. I couldn't have asked for better. With the wait, her verifying my order, that I was who I said that I was, etc, the entire call was ** mins! *I could not have asked for any better service. **Did I expect excellent service and communication? Absolutely Not. They need more like this young lady named Gail.

~Deb~: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Deb~: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about WalMart.com's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Deb~: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other WalMart.com customers?
~Deb~: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for WalMart.com to know who you are.
