GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/22/17?
GetHuman-johnkr: I have made three different trips to this one particular store over about a * week period. Each time I have been in need of one specific item. I wanted a pack of Hanes tagless white crewneck undershirts. Each time I have been there they have been completely sold out. The only shirts they have available were either *XL or V necks. I needed a medium crew neck and the V neck option would not suffice. Each time I found a Walmart employee or a manager they took me on a short goose chase before telling me there were none available in the store despite the fact that the computer showed several option in stock. This has happened * different times and each time I bring it to the attention of the management but my voice seems to fall on dead ears.

GetHuman-johnkr: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-johnkr: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about WalMart.com's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-johnkr: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other WalMart.com customers?
GetHuman-johnkr: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for WalMart.com to know who you are.
