~Dan: Yes I can. It was morning, on November 19th.

~Dan: Call customer service * time in * days. I was put on waiting for ** mins and once got to * mins. It automatically went to ** mins again. I got to talk to someone on the last call. He said he will check my order (made on April **, and never updated after April **) and put me on hold again. The call was cut after another * mins. My order would be deliver tomorrow (May *). But, it is still at Walmart sorting facility in KY. It has been there since April **. What should i expect for this order?

~Dan: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Dan: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about WalMart's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Dan: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other WalMart customers?
~Dan: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for WalMart to know who you are.
