GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's WalMart customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~LLK1169: In fairness, the operator's communication and efforts were quite good. But she is at the mercy of the Walmart processes, procedures and systems which seem to provide her with very limited information...if any! My problem was NOT resolved. But I feel she did all she could. Still upset w* Walmart for providing zero information on why my product is delayed or when I can expect to receive it. I just have to...wait! That on top of the fact that I paid extra for expedited shipping and got an email saying my product would arrive today. And now...I'm told it won't without explanation and without a new ETA. Stupid.

~LLK1169: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~LLK1169: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about WalMart's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~LLK1169: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other WalMart customers?
~LLK1169: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for WalMart to know who you are.
