GetHuman-252631: I had to call * times actually about a delivery date*problem, and each time the call was answered quickly and the customer service agents (* women and * man) were very helpful and took care of the problems, which included a shipping charge refund and then a replacement because unfortunately the item was broken. Well done Walmart....I only wish the in store employees were as helpful and knowledgeable.
