~Jessabeth: I have been trying to return the *.* cubic haire washing machine since **********, the machine was defected since the delivery process. I have taken days off to accommodate pic up and was left with no service at all and their ridiculous reason would shock anyone! Now I am told that they will not approve a weekend pick-up and I am force to pay on my own with the shipping company to see if they would come on a weekend and pick up the machine, and return it. And note that I then purchased different *Portable machine Magic *.* that leaks water at the bottom and have yet to receive service for that one. I am loyal customer whose been treated horribly by Walrmat.com shipping company. I am truly heart broken. Jessabeth

~Jessabeth: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.

~Jessabeth: For that I would say five out of five.

~Jessabeth: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for WalMart to know who you are.
