~Mark Thomas: I called about an order. *Waited ** minutes.*Just when I thought that a person would answer. *An automated sales call interrupted the line.*It said I won a "$*** rebate gift card for free"*I took the bait. Pressed the * key. *It connected me to a pushy sales person that was selling magazines. *He wouldn't connect me back to the walmart order help.*So, I hung up.*Now I have to start over again and wait another ** minutes. *Poor service

~Mark Thomas: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Mark Thomas: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.

~Mark Thomas: For that I would say two out of five.
