GetHuman-trenzzz: when you sent my christmas order from on line to us you sent it to ** pickford dr kanata ontario instead of *** pickfor dr kanata ontario. you had the right address but cut the left side of our order off. The nice lady at ** pickford dr drove to all addresses on our street that end in ** to find the pattersons. This close to christmas and depending on you guys to do your jobs right for our peace of mind that our order will be here on time for christmas makes us not want to ever order again from you. *i don't know what else to say about this situation... I do have pictures of what happened if you need them to see what happened and how to avoid this in the future.
