~anonymous: Have been calling for * weeks for an update on my claim status and each time I wait on hold for over ** minutes than get a recording saying they will call me back & to leave a message* I do- and they never return my call. Customer service says they are not qualified to help me and all they can tell me is to just wait for them to contact me in *-* business day* Talk about a run-around... They wont give you another number to call or point you in any direction at all for help, they just tell me they don't know what to do.. E-mails doesn't work either. Isn't it crazy with how much $$ they make from us consumers that they are still trying to pinch all they can get. We do honest work for our hard earned $$, and they get it from abusing and miss-using not only their consumers but their workers too.. Try talking to a few employers at "Wally-World" and see how they are treated. Pretty sad...
