~neveragain: I bought a phone for $***.** ** months ago along with a * year replacement plan for $**. Also bought * other founds for ***.** each and a plan for those * was $** each. My first phone is no longer working so I tried to file a claim online and it said I had to call... I call.. they tell me I must pay another $** for the replacement because it cost over $***... How do you sell me something twice. Sell me a replacement plan that I can't use unless I pay for it again!!! Their excuse was because the original cost was of the plan was cheaper... It was $** more than the phones under $***. I have bought a few replacement plans on my electronics over the years, The few times I have used them they have made it so difficult...and each time something has changed... Now that they want more money to use the plan I will never again buy a replacement plan from them.
