~sarasvati: I think the above question "how well did you understand" should be say "how well did they understand" anyhow..**I bought a grill with a replacement plan. Have been trying to get parts to replace. The company that made my grill is no longer in business. So I can't find the parts numbers. From the Walmart Product Care people, I just get "I'm sorry can't help you..." Not one person, or the supervisor, mentioned any of the terms of my plan. I found the terms of my plan, they are so suppose to replace your product if they can't fix it. Read up on your plan coverage! They need to be held accountable. http:**i.walmart.com*i*rb*****.pdf
