~Upset in Fl: I called as a Florida resident wanting to stay in one of the resorts. The agent was polite but did not seem to want to help me told me to book online. Then half heartedly priced the value resort I was asking for. The tone is polite but not helpful at all to the Fl residents that support them most of the year.
