~Cathy Woodson: I tried several times to cancel the subscription online, and I had to finally call and be very firm about it. The website said I was a "nonpaying account," but my bank account was charged each month.

~Cathy Woodson: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Cathy Woodson: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Weight Watchers's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Cathy Woodson: For that I would say two out of five.
