GetHuman-231297: Call on **** (NOT the good call, ****). CS agent didn't grasp the problem and simply connect me up to make a formal complaint. He recommended i seak to heloc dept. when i had told him about my and my accountant's four attempts to sort the problem out by that route. TIME CONSUMING AND FRUSTRATING.
