GetHuman-184593: I called to ask why I was being charged an annual fee suddenly on a credit card that I have had for years. Their response, "we're a bank in the business of making money". unbelievable! don't they make enough money off of the interests rates they charge me every month!!! How can they all of a sudden change the conditions of a credit card that I've had for years and start charging me an annual fee?? and that's the explanation I get?! and they said it so smugley like they could careless!!!
