~rwfrancis: Attempted to transfer money via the WU website from US to recipient in Scotland. Got request to call them to provide addditional info. Did so. First call, was told to wait three minutes* waited fifteen, hung up, called back. Was told they could not verify either of my phone numbers (cell and VOIP). Rep couldn't help* neither could supervisor. To cap it off, I attempted to send a complaint via their "Contact Us" page -- filled in all the blanks, hit the submit button, and got a *** Not Found error. They aren't listening. Next time, MoneyGram* I'm done with these incompetents.
