~erica: western union screwed up the name when inputting the name at the time sender was sending me the money which caused me to not be able to pick up my funds due to the name on my I.D. not being the name that the agent entered in. When calling customer service they could not help me because I was not the sender even though I had all the information. The agent even admitted that the agent that entered the information screwed up. Requested a supervisor to report the issue and the supervisor did correct it after having to scream to the top of my lungs.
