~Katie D: The woman said it doesn't matter if there's a history of this defect with Westinghouse LCD TVs, unless you can prove that you talked to them while it was under warranty, forget it. She offered to sell me a new TV for $*** but do I really want to buy another TV known to be defective? I'm searching class action lawsuits next.

~Katie D: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.

~Katie D: For that I would say five out of five.
