~Di: I've worked for * banks for ** years and then I became a customer of Westpac. Customer service is so poor. Staff have poor English and written skills. I couldn't believe it, nor did I care until I tried to retrieve documentation that was sent to the wrong address. It took more than * months to get them to look at why I hadn't received documentation. Furthermore, I have since found out that they are very expensive regarding fees compared to other banks which wouldn't have been so much of an issue if I felt I was paying a premium for customer service. I have now left them and have not looked back.
