~Ehab Mekhael: I had the worth experience ever when I bought my washing whirlpool washing machin .I had two wait one week for someone to come to fix it and than when he came he said you need to chane the power system and I have to wait * weeks.I called the copany to coplain the manager her name is (Puer) told me we will receive the part on the midell of the week and we will call you send someone to fix it.I waited till Friday noone called ,I called she said ye we received and we send it to the repairer company .Till Monday Noone called me ,so I called she said we appologise the part we received it was for another customer not for you it was amistake.(It is not ajoke?).*After **calles she said send for me the Invoice and we will replace it .Harrvy Norman send it to her and when I called here she said I havent received anything.and I have to wait ** hours for someone to move to get the fax so she can send for me the form ,which I have to fill it to get the replacement.Now I have been waiting for * Week
