~microwave terror: I ordered a part for a microwave back in April it has been backordered and not delivered until July. It arrived in pieces!*I called to get a replacement for the new owners of my old house which we sold during the waiting period. They will not send unless I give them the model and serial number also. They have the part number but will not resend without charge unless I get this number. I do not even live in the same state, I now have to make more phone calls and wait again to provide them with info they already have on file. This is not good customer service!!!
