~Della Anderson: My Whirlpool washing machine door locked last Friday. After calling Appliances at Lakeside in Richmond where I live and purchased my machine less than two years ago, I was referred to a Whirlpool repairman who came out this morning, December **th. He said that I need a new panel, which he removed* he has promised to install a new one, which has been ordered from MD at a cost of $***! When I called *-***-***-****, I was told that Whirlpool cannot help me as I had called a service person who removed the panel. Now how was I to know what was wrong if I did not call for help*******? I am very disappointed in my Whirlpool service, about which I shall inform my friends* I do not plan to buy any Whirlpool appliances in the future. **Della Anderson
