GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Whirlpool customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~daba9: The phone operators were nice but couldn't help me because they couldn't give me a new freezer even though I have been having problems with this freezer for months. The freezer is only * months and it is still not freezing my food. They are constantly replacing parts. I am sick and tired of it. I purchased a new freezer and all I have received are problems. They mumble they're sorry and basically tell you that they will order service for you. After each time it fails I call them up again asking how many times and they tell me as long as it is not declared not repairable by the technician. I got a lemon and instead of replacing it they give me this mumbo jumbo that means basically too bad. I could have purchased a new freezer * times over for the amount of food loss I incurred. Oh, they don't give you anything for that either. They might say "I'm sorry to hear that". This is crazy. There needs to be a law passed against these large companies that take our money and then give us broken

GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Whirlpool customers?
