~UnitedPoliticalTruth's review of Wikipedia customer service

GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Wikipedia customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~UnitedPoliticalTruth: Wikipedia gives you the impression that anyone can add anything about anything to their website. On their Home page it reads " the free encyclopedia that anyone can edit" This is a farce. You can only make edits and add content that they think is worth it. They will automatically delete a page or edit (called "speedy Deletion")when "they" feel the topic is Unimportant. They have more guidelines than the I.R.S. They are obviously a left winged media style company that promotes content that they find important thus inhibiting "free speech" They should be investigated for corruption or at least a class action law suit for ms-representation!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Wikipedia. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Wikipedia problem?
~UnitedPoliticalTruth: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~UnitedPoliticalTruth: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Wikipedia's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~UnitedPoliticalTruth: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Wikipedia customers?
~UnitedPoliticalTruth: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Wikipedia to know who you are.
GetHuman: Well there you have it. Some useful feedback and words from ~UnitedPoliticalTruth taken from his Wikipedia customer service problem that occurred on November 15th, 2017.
